By accessing or using Ehjops Journal, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Ehjops Journal is a free web application that helps traders organize, review, and analyze their trading activity. The platform is provided for educational, organizational, and personal record-keeping purposes.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ehjops Journal. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, protecting your password, keeping your account information accurate, and for all activity performed using your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, upload malicious software, reverse engineer the platform, abuse or exploit system vulnerabilities, use the service for unlawful purposes, or upload content that violates applicable laws.

5. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of journal entries, trade screenshots, notes, trading history, and uploaded files. By uploading content, you grant Ehjops Journal permission to store and process it solely for operating the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The Ehjops Journal name, branding, design, software, documentation, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.

7. Financial Disclaimer

Ehjops Journal is not a broker, a financial advisor, an investment company, or a trading signal provider. Nothing within the platform should be interpreted as financial advice. Users remain fully responsible for their own trading decisions.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally result in temporary downtime.

9. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in illegal activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

Ehjops Journal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ehjops Journal and its developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from trading losses, financial losses, data loss, service interruptions, errors, or inability to use the platform.

11. No Guarantee of Trading Results

Trading involves significant financial risk. Using Ehjops Journal does not guarantee profitability, improved trading performance, reduced losses, or successful trading outcomes. The platform is intended to assist with journaling and self-analysis only.

12. Backups and Data Loss

While we take reasonable steps to safeguard stored data, you are encouraged to keep your own copies of any records you consider critical. We do not guarantee that data can be recovered following accidental deletion, technical failure, or account termination.
